Product Description

1. Product Overview

Chain and flight elevator divides the materials through the machine and conveys the materials into other machines. It completely solves the accumulation and blocking problems cause by the belt conveyor. The station is equipped with power sockets and tool boxes, etc.,making the whole process rapid and orderly. It is typically driven by chain plates.

1. High transmission efficiency-the materials flows in the whole machine,thus a small-scale machine could transport a large number of materials.
2. Low energy consumption-this machine conveys the materials under the help of force of friction. (No frictions between chains and chassis). Compared to screw conveyer, it saves about 40% of electric power if conveying the same throughput and distance.
3. Low failure rate-No frictions between chains and chassis. The chains is made of alloy steel under heat treatment, which has a service life of 3 years. No ubricating point except the end bearings.
