2. Mango pulp products description

Mango Pulp is prepared from chosen varieties of Mango Fruit. Wholly mellowed mangoes are accumulated, immediately brought to the fruit processing plant, examined and washed. Mango fruits are then cleaned, blanched, pulped, centrifuged, homogenized and are packed in aseptic bags.100% natural product, contains no sweeteners or additives, sterilized, concentrated and aseptically packed.

Mango sorting machine	Used in the sorting and conveying of mango, tomato, guava etc. To  select the defective fruit out and put them into the middle conveyor, then go to the waste conveyor. Mango Peeler and destoner	Used for peeling and removing the core of mango. with several advantages as compact structure,energy saving,high production capacity, wide range of applications etc. The machine is made of high quality stainless steel, in line with food hygiene standard, can be used individually or connected in a processing line.
Pre-heater and enzyme deactivation machine	Used for pre-heating,deactivating enzyme and Pasteurizing of crushed products.;Adjustable temperature control and automatic return flow function.
double-stage pulper and refiner	Big capacity and stable performance. High rotating speed with 1470 rpm. Easy to operate and change the sieves. The size of sieve can be customized
Vacuum deaerator	Used in degassing the mango pulp in vacuum to prevent the oxidization and turning brown, and remove the gas attaching on the suspended particulates.Help to improve the product looking and reduce bubbles for following steps
Tubular sterilizer	1.Heat the pulp by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product ,then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water 2.Auto backtrack if not enough sterilization
Mango pulp aseptic filling machine	1.Applicable to aluminum foil (Bag-in-drum&Bag-in-box)compound aseptic bag from 5L-220L. 2.Consisted of aseptic filling head,accurate electronic balance,PLC control system,steam barrier and protection system,operation platform 3.Keep the filling chamber sterilized all the time by steam protection. 4.Full auto SIP and CIP available

6.Features of Mango Processing Line

 It can handle fruits with similar characteristics, such as pineapple, which can be cleaned by multi-stage bubbling and brush.
The mango was treated by peeling and nucleating beating machine, which can remove the peels and stones from the pulp
Low temperature vacuum concentration ensures flavor substances and nutrients, and greatly saves energy.
The material contact part of the system is made of 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the requirements of food hygiene and safety.
