2.Final products description
The tamarind is best described as sweet and sour in taste, and is high in tartaric acid, sugar, B vitamins and, oddly for a fruit. We have the most popular candies made from tamarind. There are various snack forms: sweet, soft clusters, or candied. The ripened fruit is considered the more palatable, as it becomes sweeter and less sour (acidic) as it matures.

The fruit scraping machine comprises a scraping platform that is provided with a tray supporting plate that can move up and down reciprocating and a scraper that can move back and forth along the supporting plate.And the scraping platform is provided with a hopper, the hopper is connected with a storage tank(supplied by customer).

This drying room system uses high-temperature hot water (95°C) produced by a hot water boiler to heat the air inside the drying room through a 304 stainless steel high-efficiency heat exchanger. Under the drive of a circulating fan, the internal moisture of the material evaporates continuously. And the hot and humid air in the drying room is discharged into the outside air through the dehumidifying fan until the material reaches the drying requirement. |
