Full set of fresh milk machine and equipment:
Storage tanks - the milk tank - hot and cold beverage pump cylinder cream separator - degasser - mixing cylinder - homogenizer - ultra high temperature sterilization machine - plate heat exchanger - seed tank fermentation tank - sterilization machine, automatic filling machine.
Milk Processing Line features:
1) This Line is composed of milk discharging machine,cooling machine, filtering machine, preheating machine, homogenizing machine, pasterizing machine,cooling machine, milk pump, distribution box, semi-automatic filling machine, conveyor line, film shrinking machine.
2) This line uses tankstructure, all systems are matched through circulating milk pump and stainless steel pipes. CIP cleaning balls are installed, which features easy-operation, low labor intensity, easy throughly cleaning.
3) Preheating system, pasteurizing system, cooling system and filling system could be started simultaneously and separately, it doesn't involve each other. This improves containous production capacity and makes it more easily to use.
