The roller drum washing machine  is composed of frame, waterproof cover, roller, high-pressure spraying device, water collecting tank and driving device, etc.. It is widely used for cleaning vegetables, aquatic products, red dates, jujube, carrots, apples, potatoes, potatoes etc.It is mainly adopted for washing fruits and vegetables growing in the soil with high cleaning efficiency and high original color retention .

After the materials enter into the roller, under the running of spiral blade, the materials roll over and move forward.The high-pressure spray device inject water column with air bubbles with high speed.When contacted with the material,the bubble rupture and generate energy to wash the materials and also push the materials to the brush roller. The brush roller can remove any impurities thoroughly such as hair. Then the materials go into the rotor cage and get rid of any debris or bugs floating in water.At last,  the materials are rinsed by the spray water and conveyed to the next process.
