Insulated fermentation tank is suitable for mucus elimination, stabilization and other oenological processes, which require a tank with thermo-isolative characteristics.

Dimple jacket is for controlling the temperature perfectly. The entire inside tank surface is covered with the insulation material which is polyurethane foam. The standard insulation thickness is 80mm.

Equipment Characteristics
1, the tank is equipped with insulation jacket(can heating, cooling and holding the heat).
2, the upper and bottom head (or cone) are spinning R angle processing.
3, the inner wall of the tank is under mirror polished , finish Ra≤0.4μm with no hygiene corner.The closed design ensures the material is always under sterile condition to complete mixing and fermentation. The equipment also has air respirator, cleaning ball, sanitary manhole, mirror, optic lamp etc.
