1.	washing	Fruits are fed to the plant in cases, bins, bags or in bulk. A comprehensive washing is essential, as large quantities of mud and stones may be transported together with the product. 2. Waste and sand sink to the bottom and are discharged by our special design, The brush washer is designed and produced according to tubers processing machinery technology. The surface of apple are cleaned by rolling brushed and spraying water,meanwhile the carrot are transported forwards by rotation of brushes slowly.
2.	Sorting	1.In order to guarantee the best quality of the final products, rotten and unripe fruits must be discarded. Sorting line allows to efficiently inspect the fruits, by making them slowly rotate on conveyor under the sight of the operators. 2. The machine is equipped with waste conveying system, sending the waste directly outside the factory.
3.	Peeling and destoning	This flow can be done manually or automatically Manual peeling platform-----Three-layer apple peeling and slicing platform:upper layer for apple receiving,Middle layer for apple slice collecting, lower layer for apple cores and peels apple peeling machine will automatically send apple - fixed apple - peeling apple - remove the apple core - discharging apple.It is widely used in fruit processing area especially for processing dried apple.
4.	slicing machine	SUS304 Stainless steel, Knife is made from imported material (Switzerland), treated by special technique. Two kinds of knives make the machine could be used as slicer and dicer. Could be adjusted according to different needs, smallest size is 1mm.
5.	Hot-air drying machine	The air source heat pump dryer is an electric dryer basic on heat pump technology. It is an very good upgrade choice for those factory using boiler whose heat come from wood or coal Biomass fuel particles burning. The heat pump dryer is more clean, more smart control, better hygiene as drying machine solution. The heat pump dryer can be use for drying apple slice, sausage, tea leaf, tobacco leaf, fish, fruit, vegetable, cured meat, ham, beef jerky and most of agriculture food.
6.	Freeze drying machine	Freezing vacuum drying is a vacuum freezing and drying machine that combines a refrigeration system, a vacuum system, a heat transfer oil heating system, and a moisture discharge system to form a dry structure, which is widely used for drying the material in the tank. Since it is dried in a frozen state, the volume is almost constant, and the original shape is maintained. The dried material is loose and porous, and has a sponge shape.
7.	Powder grinding machine	Material is cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blade through screw conveyor. Material is transported into cyclone separator by negative pressure air transportation, and material is discharged. Dust is filtered and recovered by vacuum box through bag or filter barrel. No dust is flying in the production process.
8.	pulping machine	The machine composes of two operating stations: a pulper and a refiner, equipped with two sieves having different sized meshes. The machine can separate the seeds,peels from the puree and get high quality apple puree

It is most suitable for generating powdery and granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pasty liquid materials. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet precise standards, spray drying is a very ideal process.
