Linear sleeve labeling machine is a sleeve labeling machine equipment produced by our company. It is suitable for various bottle types of juice, tea drinks, dairy products, purified water, condiments, beer, sports drinks and other food and beverage industries.

working principle
When the bottle pushing electric eye finds a bottle coming and thinks that it is necessary for continuous production, the bottle feeding screw starts to push the bottle (the function of the bottle feeding screw is to divide the bottles that come from unequal distances from a new equidistant to the same initial speed), The bottle enters the core unit of the sleeve labeling system. When the sleeve labeling sensor senses that there is a bottle coming, it immediately transmits the information to the control center PLC, and through the PLC, 4 instructions are sequentially and consecutively issued: label sending, positioning, label cutting, and label shooting. When the marking is completed, the sleeve labeling process of a bottle is completed, and then it enters the label sorting and shrinking unit.
