Product Description

1. Product Overview

Single-channel beater, the vegetables are sent into the hopper by conveyor belt or labors. The materials are crushed by the rotating plates and thrown to the inner wall of the drum by centrifugal force. Materials are squeezed by friction and shear effect. Tiny particles of the pulp flow out of the mesh with larger parts pushed toward the discharge port.

1. The machine can chop and beat the vegetable into separated slurry and residue. The vegetables could be celeries, spinaches, Shanghai cabbages and carrots, etc. The slurry could be used to produce noodles in different tastes.
