Sugarcane Material selection:
to select fresh, non spoiled, and high sugar sugarcane to ensure the quality of sugarcane syrup.

1. Sugarcane Cleaning and washing:
 to rinse the soil and impurities on the surface of sugarcane with clean water. ,Usually the washing should through 2 stage or 3 stage washing ,the final stage washing should be used first grade clean water.

to removing the outer skin of sugarcane by mechanical or manual means to reduce bitterness and impurities. or the customer choice to juice extracting by whole cane without peeling, to direct juicing,but the washing section should add brush washer and rotary type washer.


3,Cutting section:
During the harvest picking process, the entire sugarcane has been cut into small sections ,or Some customers prefer to use fillet cane and it is convenience to washing and clean,so the whole sugarcane be cutted into small pieces,

4,Cane mill or sugarcane pressing:
some customer who use a crusher to crush the sugarcane segments into smaller particles, and then press Sugar cane juice through a juice press. Spiral juicers or roller juicers can be used to improve juice extraction rate.But doing so will increase the burden of subsequent filtering. Based on our experience ,we suggest to adopt Multi roll squeezing rod press,By doing so, the disposal rate is high, the product quality is good, and it also saves the time and efficiency costs of subsequent filtration.

5. Preheating
 The main functions of the preheating enzyme inactivation machine include enzyme inactivation, color protection, tissue softening, and pasteurization. It is mainly used for material processing after juice extraction. Through a multi tube circulation structure and automatic material reflux design, it achieves uniform heating and heat exchange of materials, thereby achieving the effects of enzyme inactivation and color protection
Working principle: The working principle of the preheating enzyme inactivation machine is to send the material into the pipeline inside the preheater through a screw pump, and then quickly heat the material by exchanging heat with heated steam or hot water. When the material reaches a certain temperature, the discharge enters the next process or cooling section

6,Filtration and impurity removal:
Because squeezed Sugar cane juice contains fiber, colloid and other impurities, which need to be preliminarily filtered by filtration equipment, such as vibrating screen or drum type filter, to obtain Sugar cane juice with high clarity.

7,Clarification and Purification
Heating clarification: heat Sugar cane juice to a certain temperature to coagulate and precipitate protein, pectin and other substances. Usually heated to 80-90 ºC and held for 15-20 minutes.

8.Add clarifying agent:
 Add an appropriate amount of clarifying agent, such as gelatin, diatomaceous earth, bentonite, etc., to further adsorb and precipitate impurities, and improve the clarity of the juice.


9.Filtration separation: after static precipitation, the clarified Sugar cane juice is separated from the sediment by filtration or centrifugation to obtain clear and transparent sugarcane juice.

   First stage evaporator :Vacuum evaporation concentration is used to evaporate the water in sugarcane juice at a lower temperature. Multi effect evaporators are generally used to improve energy utilization and concentration efficiency.

Control parameters: according to the product requirements, concentrate Sugar cane juice to the specified concentration, such as the refractive index of 65% -70%. At the same time, it is important to control the concentration temperature and time to avoid excessive concentration that may cause sugar to become burnt or flavor substances to be lost.

  Second stage evaporator:after first stage evaporator , to further use second evaporator to concentrate product from 70% or 72% reach up 75%-78% sugarcane syrup.

11.Sterilization and packaging
     Sterilization: Sterilize concentrated juice to eliminate microorganisms and extend the shelf life of the product. The commonly used sterilization methods include High Temperature Transient Sterilization (HTST) and Ultra High Temperature Sterilization (UHT), with sterilization conditions generally ranging from 135-140 ºC and maintained for 3-5 seconds.

     Packaging: Put the sterilized sugarcane concentrate into a sterilized packaging container, such as a glass bottle, plastic bottle, or sterile bag, while it is still hot, and seal
