Frozen raspberry export standard:
1. General description
• 100% of frozen fruits are selected from high quality, mature, non spotted, mildew free fresh raspberries.
The production process of the product meets the requirements of GMP (good practice), and the product will go through metal detection.
2. General requirements
No preservatives and other additives in the product.
The quality of the products conforms to the relevant standards of the EEC decree.
Do not use transgenic fruit or processing aids.
3. standard parameters
The sugar content is 9 Brix (the reducing sugar content at 20 degrees centigrade)
1.2 to 2.0% w/w, titratable acidity (e.g., anhydrous citric acid, Ph = 8.1).
Color: red to dark red.
Taste: typical ripe raspberry taste.
Non fruits: no more than two per 5 kg.
Other foreign bodies: none.
Rotten fruit and moldy fruit: none.
Insect: none.
whole fruit rate: no less than 95%.
4. microbiological standards
Total number of colonies: maximum 104 C.F.U. per gram.
Yeast count: maximum 104 C.F.U. per gram.
Number of moulds: maximum 103 C.F.U. per gram.
Pathogen: none.
5. packaging requirements
In accordance with the requirements of the contract.
2.5kgx4/CTN with polybag (> 0.6mm) inside or 1x10kgs/CTN
6. shelf life
In the minus 18 degrees centigrade conditions for two years.
7. transportation requirements
Temperature is below minus 18 degrees centigrade clean, suitable for wagon or container.
No damage to goods and packaging during transportation and storage.
The use of any means of transport should ensure adequate cold ventilation.
