1. General description of SHJUMP date processing projects:

Date palm is one of the most important fruit crops in many parts of the world that are usually characterized by arid, high-temperature climate. The main constituents of date include water, sugar, protein, fat, pectin, ash, crude fiber, and polyphenols.

Date palm products include semi-finished and ready-to-use date products, derived products from date such as date juice, date syrup, date spread, liquid date sugar, "Tarooneh" arrack, and sago. Fermented products from date include alcohol, wine, organic acids, and single cell protein. Date by-products containing date pit and presscake can be used in producing alcohol and animal feed. As date pit contains dietary fiber and phenolic compounds, it can be used in functional foods.

Date paste is produced from raw and natural dates Pieces that are cleaned and pitted. ARIO Date Paste is a natural and highly nutritious ingredient for the Human Consumption in home usages and industrial usages. We use it as snack complementary in the afternoon or breakfast and also most of confectionery factories use it for their products.

Date syrup is a natural sweetener instead of white sugar. Date Syrup is 100% vegan, 100% natural, 100% pure, 100% organic and 100% healthy from kabkab dates. It is extracted directly from juicy kabkab dates and is not added any additive. Our natural date molasses has the high percent of the nutritional value of dates and is used in Home and Industries of Food, Confectionery & Bars & Snacks & Chocolate & Dairy& Ice Creams & Baked Goods & Baby Foods & Alcoholic Beverage.

Date Liquid Sugar is produced from date syrup after extraction, refinement and taking our pectin. protein,fiber and pigment compounds with no additives. Date Liquid Sugar with 72-78 brix, includes 73% sugar. Its main sugars are Glucose and Fructose with equal percentage which are same as honey so it's considered as a healthy sweetener. Also it is competitive commercially to the other natural sweetener like honey, considering all of these, it can be a good alternative for sucrose sugar in food industries such as soft drinks & Beverages, Bakery, Confectionary and ice cream. Also it can be used as healthy sweeteners in daily home usage instead of white sugar.

E1	Hot air Drying cabinet	Hot air circulating oven is also called tray dryer. The heat source is steam as customer requested. The axial fan is used for heating the air of the heat exchanger in node of convective heat exchanging. The hot air stream transfers the heat to the material through the drying tray. The fresh air enters the drying box through air inlet hole for making-up. The humid air is exhausted from the dehumidifying hole. In this way, the machine keeps the proper relative humidity in the drying box.
