Working principle
Storage tanks includes vertical storage tanks and horizontal storage tanks, single-layer tanks, double-layer storage tanks and three-layer storage tanks. This storage tank has reasonable design, advanced technology and automatic control, in line with GMP standards.The jacketed tanks can be filled in insulation materials according to user's requirement.

Equipment Characteristics:
1, The storage tank has strong corrosion resistance. It will not be corroded by air and the residual chlorine in water. Each tank will go through strict pressure-test and inspection. Its service life can be 100 years or more under normal pressure ;
2, The storage tank has a good thermal insulation properties.The tank can be equipped with the following devices: mixer, CIP cleaning sprinkler, manhole, temperature hole, level indicator, anti-bacterial breathing stomata, sterile sampling port, material inlet and outlet etc.

3). 1-2 of our engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest time.
4). Our engineers have responsibility to teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line.
5). Our engineers can provide basic formula for the production, and help the customer to produce good quality food according customer's detailed formula
6). It normally costs 10-14 days for the commissioning service, and we supply 1 year guarantee from the date of completion of commissioning service.
