Product Description
The equipment is used on production line of fresh milk, fruit juice drinks, alcohol and other heat-sensitive liquid and involved in the processes of heating, sterilization, insulation, and cooling.
Control method: semi-automatic, fully automatic (PLC control, touch screen display)
Equipment main configuration: material pump, balance bucket, hot water system, temperature control, recorder and electrical control system,etc.
working principle
The equipment adopts ultra-high temperature treatment to sterilize the dairy products, tea drinks and fruit juice etc, and then pack into the aseptic packaging. The sterilization temperature can set to 137 ºC, holding time of 3-5 seconds, so as to maintain the original nutritional color and flavor of the products.
