1. Machine description of the tube-in-tube sterilizer:

The tube-in-tube sterilizer adopts four layer concentric tube in tube structure. specially used for fruit paste (tomato paste, mango puree, banana puree, peach paste, apricot paste, strawberry jam, chilli paste, etc.), fruit juice concentrate (apple juice, citrus juice, apple juice, pomegranate juice, etc.), fruit juice/paste with pulp/granules, syrup and other high viscous product.

4. Working flow of the tube-in-tube sterilizer:

Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterilizer into the heat exchanger unit.
Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product, then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water.
Before each production shift, sterilize in place the system with aseptic filler together by superheated water.
After each production shift, clean in place the system with aseptic filler together by hot water, alkali liquid and acid liquid.

7. Advantages of SHJUMP tube-in-tube sterilizer:
This machine is used to perform continuous sterilization on much thicker products, such as various of concentrated juice,paste and similar high viscidity products.
1. The tube in tube sterilizer is composed of four layer sleeving pipe or multi-pipe. Heat exchanger; Stepless speed change conveying pump, holder, closed water barrel, superheating water generator, frame, controller etc.
2. Includes heating section, sterilizing section and cooling section. Tube group has the features of simple structure and small resistance.
3. The heating-holding section has reasonable structure to guarantee the temperature stability and security of products
 4. There is superheating water and cooling water channel during the cleaning which can avoid the scaling.
5. Adopting the method of superheating water heating to improve the heat effect.
6. LCD monitor, automatic PLC system, multi-stage recorder to record important temperature.
7. Italy valves, Siemens and OMRON electrical components, the PLC monitor can indicate every parameter directly to inspect it in time easily and guarantee the stability of running.
