Our UHT tubular sterilizer can sterilize fruit juice, jam, dairy or similar materials.The equipment can simultaneously complete the function of heat sterilization and cooling of the material, but also can automatically control and record some important technical parameters , such as the sterilization temperature, which not only reduces the influence of human factors on the sterilization process, but also record the normal production process.
UHT tubular sterilizer can be divided into tubular sterilizer and tube-in-tube sterilizer. Tubular sterilizer is mainly applied to materials with good fluidity, low viscosity of the material such as juice, milk and other beverages ; While tube-in-tube sterilizer with four-layer casing structure, is applied to the jam, pulp, maltodextrin and other materials with poor mobility, high viscosity.
UHT Tubular sterilizer is mainly composed of steam system, material system, hot water system, cooling system and other parts.All these parts are compact, with small occupied floor and easy to transport and install.
working principle
Materials can be filled after several process of preheating, heating sterilization, cooling etc.The materials exchange heat with heat media through thin-walled tubes. Materials flow in the pipeline at a certain rate, and the heat media flow in the outer casing tube, to heat or cool down the materials.If the temperature, flow rate, pressure and other factors change, they will affect the sterilization effect. In addition, steam, cooling water or circulating water from external source, must keep stable pressure, flow rate, temperature (in terms of ice water) because these changes will affect the equipment sterilization effect.
