1.Equipment Description of aseptic filler

SHJUMP, is specializing in aseptic filling technology for fruit juice,fruit jam, dairy products, biomedical products.The aseptic filler adopts to 5L ~ 220L aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bag. We have upgraded the Italian aseptic filling technology. The aseptic filler includes single-headed and double-headed and . We only use Siemens PLC and touch screen for automatic control to ensure the stable operation, accurate measurement and easy handling. The whole filling process is done in a sterile environment that can fully guarantee the material safety .The filling head can move in three dimensions and avoid the high energy consumption and serious instability caused by the traditional lifting platform. 


2.Working principle of aseptic filler
The aseptic filling machine is composed of aseptic filling head, operating system, Human-machine control system, steam protection system, metering system and work platform, with independent control cabinet and simple button box.We adopt Siemens touch screen and programmable controller (PLC) ,  AirTAC solenoid valve and cylinder, Branding switch button ,Sinier electromagnetic flowmeter for the measurement system.
The aseptic filling Machine sterilizes the bag and filling chamber by injecting steam to ensure that the filling chamber is always in a sterile state. Aseptic bags are sterilized, opened, filled and sealed are all carried out in a sterile environment. For double-headed filling machine, its two filling heads switch filling in turn to ensure the material will not be back flowed. The equipment comes with CIP( clean in place), SIP (sterilize in place), and can be linked with the front-end tubular sterilizer, no separate cleaning and sterilization are needed. 


3.application area of aseptic filler
The aseptic bag filling machine is suitable for the aseptic filling of juice, jam, pure fruit drinks, wine, beverages, peanut butter , dairy products,herbal drinks, and other fluids.

Applicable bag type: 2L-25 aseptic bag, 200L-220L aseptic vat, 1000L aseptic ton box
Applicable bag spout type: 1 inch ordinary spout, easy-pull spout, butterfly valve spout (VITOP)

4.Models of aseptic filler
1. BIB(bag in box) aseptic filler :
Suitable for filling 2-25L aseptic winding. The filling accuracy is controlled by a flow meter.
2.BID(bag in drum)aseptic filler:
Suitable for barrel filling of 25-220L aseptic bags. Filling accuracy is measured by weight sensor or flow meter
3.IBC(Intermediate bulk container)aseptic filler:
Suitable for 1000L aseptic bag ton box. The filling accuracy is measured by a weighing system. 

5.Characteristics of aseptic filler 

1.	The aseptic filling  machine can do the filling continuously, Improve the utilization rate of pasteurizing system.
2	Compact structure, and most of the components use German import brand to ensure the reliability of equipment.
3	Adopt German E+H flowmeter, stable and accurate, deviation≤0.5%.
4	Aseptic filling  machine can fill 200L barreled aseptic bag and 1000L box aseptic bag, after increasing the rotary drum, this can fill 4 drums together.
5	Use 304 stainless steel for the whole machines.or 316 stainless steel as per requirements
6	Design with CIP cleaning ability.
7	Horizontal filling mode, effectively solves the phenomena of condensed water.
8	The aseptic big bag working platform is fixed and can be raised and lowered.
9	Provide various security measures (position control, metering control, temperature control, self-diagnosis and alarm) to prevent mechanical damage.
10	Mirror welding technology is adopted to ensure smooth and smooth welding seam and reduce product residue.
11	The product valve and the moving parts of the filling head are protected by steam barrier, and the filling room is steam  sterilized.
12	programmable controller PLC is used to realize the fully automatic operation and control of the equipment; manual operation is an option; 304 stainless steel control cabinet.
13	CIP and SIP are synchronized with the previous sterilization machine.
14	Siemens PLC control ,When the bag is changed or an emergency failure occurs, the material supply pump stops automatically.
