1. Fruit leather description:

Fruit leather, also called a fruit bar or a fruit slab, is a dehydrated fruit-based confectionery dietary product which is often eaten as snack or dessert. It is chewy and flavorful, naturally low in fat and high in fiber and carbohydrates; it is also lightweight and easily stored and packed. Consuming fruit leather is an economic and convenient value-added substitute for natural fruits as a source of various nutritional elements.



2. SHJUMP Fruit leather processing flow:
Most fruit leathers were prepared by sorting, washing, peeling, and seed removing,and then cutting into slices which can be pureed or pulped easily. Purees are heated, boiled, or blanched in a water bath in order to inactivate the enzymes. Additives such as sugar, pectin, acid, glucose syrup, and color are often added before or during blending. These ingredients are mixed with the fruit puree to make fruit leathers with a higher quality, longer storage, or better organoleptic quality than the original fruit. Most fruit leathers are dried at 30 to 80°C, especially at 50 to 60°C for up to 24 hours or until they have reached the final moisture content of 12-20% (w.b.).

Peeling, pulping & Refining Monobloc	1. The unit can peel, pulp and refine fruits together. 2. The aperture of strainer screen can be adjustable (change) based on customer's requirement. 3. Incorporated Italian technology, high quality stainless steel material in contact with fruit material.
Mixing tank	Used to mix the fruit pulp with ingredients such as sugar, pection etc.
Evaporator	1. Adjustable and contrllable direct contact heat treatment units. 2. Shortest possible residence time, presence of a thin film along the entire length of the tubes reduces holdup and residence time. 3. Special design of liquid distribution systems to ensure correct tube coverage. The feed enters at the top of the calandria where a distributor ensures film formation on the inside surface of each tube. 4. The vapor flow is co-current to the liquid and the vapor drag improves the heat transfer. The vapor and the remaining liquid are separated in a cyclone separator.  5. Efficient design of separators. 6. Multiple effect arrangement provides steam economy.
Scrapper	The fruit scraping machine comprises a scraping platform that is provided with a tray supporting plate that can move up and down reciprocating and a scraper that can move back and forth along the supporting plate.And the scraping platform is provided with a hopper, the hopper is connected  with a storage tank(supplied by customer).
Dryer	This drying room system uses high-temperature hot water (95°C) produced by a hot water boiler to heat the air inside the drying room through a 304 stainless steel high-efficiency heat exchanger. Under the drive of a circulating fan, the internal moisture of the material evaporates continuously. And the hot and humid air in the drying room is discharged into the outside air through the dehumidifying fan until the material reaches the drying requirement.

2). Installation service: After receiving firm order and down payment, we start to apply for the Visa to your country immediately; while the machines arrives your factory, our engineers are ready to start for the commissioning service. Our engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest time.Our engineers have responsibility to teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line.
